A conference in Austin is an amazing mix of business and pleasure, so make some time to explore. From the hike and bike trails at Town Lake to the waters of Barton Springs Pool, you can find plenty of natural beauty in the Texas Hill Country. If shopping is your passion, the conference hotel is in north Austin, with the Round Rock Outlets a mere 16 miles north on IH-35, and the massive San Marcos Prime Outlets (ranked the 3rd Best Place to Shop in the world as seen on ABC's "The View") 40 miles south on IH-35.

When you’re hungry, there are plenty of fine restaurants with cuisine from all over the world, AND barbecue and Tex-Mex.

Looking for a little night life after a day at the conference? Austin has you covered. This is the “Live Music Capital of the World,” home of Austin City Limits and 6th Street.
